COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE
Every Thursday from 6pm - 7pm!
Community Acupuncture is the practice of treating patients together in a large room which makes treatments more accessible and affordable. It is also a great way to introduce yourself to acupuncture if you're a first-timer!
While you relax in a zero gravity chair, you will receive Ear Acupuncture which is known for deep relaxation and bringing the body back into balance. The acupuncture needles are very thin and do not hurt.
Then you will relax for 30-45 minutes while they do their work. There will be white noise or soft music playing to create a relaxing, soothing environment. We won't disturb you while you rest. When you are ready to go, simply give us a wave and we will remove the needles before you leave.
For 1st time patients, please arrive at 5:45pm to fill out medical paperwork.
Affordable. Safe. Effective.
Invest in your health!
Accumulated treatments result in greater health and wellness benefits!

Hello all, my name is Cassandra!
I am an original Upstater -- born and raised in the Capital District. I love upstate New York! I am so grateful that I get to do what I love (practicing Acupuncture) and serve the community that helped raise me. I appreciate that I am able to raise my young family in this beautiful setting too!

I have been a NYS licensed Acupuncturist for the past 10 years. I started my career in the holistic health field 16 years ago as a certified Massage Therapist. Massage Therapy helped me find my way to Acupuncture. I gravitated to the holistic aspect of medicine to help people like my father, who were stuck in a loop of medications and surgery for a back injury. The negative and harmful effects that I saw happen when no other options were available drove me to seek out alternative medicine.
I absolutely love sharing the amazing benefits of Acupuncture as well as offering people options and solutions that they might not have known existed.
I received a MS in Acupuncture at Tri-State in New York City. I studied three different styles of Acupuncture including TCM, KM and APM (Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling).
After graduating from Tai-State, I joined the Air Force and proud to say that I am still a member. The dedication and bravery of the military members has always inspired me, so I decided to join myself. Currently, I work in an office setting for the Air Force.
I am a Diplomat of Acupuncture through the NCCAOM. I have taken many continuing education courses, most recently Fundamentals of Oncology Acupuncture, through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I have taken other courses such as dry needling, cosmetic acupuncture and many more. I love learning and will continue to be a lifelong student.

As we ring in the new year 2023, I am thrilled to join the Zen Den team and provide Acupuncture to the community. Since the spring of 2022, I have been a part of a handful of Acupuncture Soundbath events at Zen Den. I am really excited to call Zen Den my home and start offering individual sessions and community acupuncture at the beautiful studio.
