Massage & sound therapy (using crystal singing bowls & other soothing sounds) are the foundation of this session but we work together to customize which other modalities will work best for you. Your session could include: meditation, breathwork, chakra assessment & balancing, aromatherapy, energywork, crystal healing, oracle cards, connecting with spirit guides/ancestors, and grounding & clearing techniques.
